Very cozy and welcoming place, everything was clean and smelled nice. The sofa bed was very comfy and the host left a few small touches that just put a big smile on our face when we arrived.

- kind, warm host - easy accessibility - easy public parking - cozy and warm - lots of pillows and blankets - comfortable sofa bed - almost everything that you need - could automatically regulate temperature - quiet neighborhood - colorful room

- basement damp musty room, high humidity, moldy smell that couldn't be covered by air fresheners - uncomfortable toilet placing - lack of ventilation - lack of electrical sockets - owner(s) living in the same house - terrace not accessible from the room
