Hello, On 5th to 6th December I should have stayed at Havana Studio. I sent a message to the property at 08:43. They did not answer even if the checking was starting at 14:00. I called them 3 times and did not answer, the I calked booking. One agent from booking answered and tried to call the property. They did not answer so after 45 minutes I got the option to pick an alternative option with full refund from the cancelation. After all of these Havana Studio sent a message, but it was too late. Until today I did not receive the full refund, because the property considered it my fault.

Fix in centrul Brașovului, expresor de cafea in camera, apa in frigider, cald și bine in cameră, gel de duș și șampon la duș,etc . Cu siguranță o sa revenim!

Totul a fost bine. Arata ca în poze, chiar mai bine. Apa calda, curat, prosoape curate, încălzire ok, liniste și ușor de ajuns. Raport calitate-pret ok.

"Muy buena ubicación y muy confortable"

La ubicación y la tranquilidad del ambiente. No se escuchaba la calle.

La red de saneamiento no era óptima y no desaguaba el WC ni el lavabo al completo.
