The Attic - Large Open-Space in the Old Town of Brasov, minutes away from The Black Church

Huge apartment in a very good position. Everything went smoothly

Pots and pans were missing from the kitchen so we always ate outside. No downsides other than that

Byt byl krásný, prostorný a čistý na dobré adrese. Postel byla pohodlná. Self check in absolutně bez problémů. V bytě je myčka a pračka a dostatek všeho, co člověk potřebuje.

Při sprchování tekla voda vcelku slabě. V bytě nejdou otevřít okna, jsou rozbitá, nejsou na nich žádné rolety a byt se nedá větrat, což v teplých dnech není příjemné. Hodil by se aspoň výkonný větrák. V 6 ráno každý den zdlouhavě zvoní zvon z blízkého kostela a protože je přes okna všechno slyšet, moc dlouho spát nejde. V lampách u postele chyběly žárovky a vypínače jsou na druhé straně bytu.

This place was our favourite while visiting about 5 places in Romania. It was clean and a beautiful open space. The furniture was quality and the washing machines worked great. The location also was right in the old town by the main square. The downsides were far outweighed by the positives, but it was noisy at night and there were blinds on only 1 of the 3 windows. We had sleep masks and ear plugs and it was fine. The water pressure was also low at times during the day. Again, these negatives were well worth it to stay in such a beautiful, massive, old-town feel room.

very large space, relatively comfy, very nice location

Access to the apartment is via a unstable and very tight curvy stairways. Hit my head a couple times at the end due to its small height (I am 1.88 cm tall). Lacked basic kitchen things like something to boil milk in. All in all, it is NOT suitable for families with very little kids (ours is 2 yrs old). Owner answered only 2 times via in app messaging.

The apartment is gorgeous, it makes you feel like you're in a castle. The location is very good, you go down and basically you are in the old center

The only inconvenience was the noise. Being situated on a very circulated street in the center of Brasov, the traffic is heard quite loud, until late at night and early in the morning. I suppose the windows are not of the highest quality or they are not very well insulated. If the noise problem were solved, everything would be sensational.

Absolutely massive. Amazing location.

Dated kitchen but really doesn't matter. Spiral staircase could be difficult for some.

The location was perfect. The room was splendid. It had everything anyone wanted.

Low beams need some padding or hazard tape on them. The one in the bathroom in particular.

We loved the big open space, the overall design, the attention to details and the proximity to Piața Sfatului.

It’s a bit of an adventure to get to the attic due to the spiral stairs but somehow adds to the charm of the place.
