La posizione

Gli arredi sono datati, il bagno è vecchio, la pulizia era scarsa. Abbiamo chiesto di lasciare i bagagli ma ce l'hanno consentito. Può essere passabile per una notte e un massimo di 3 ospiti.

Doar zona in care era apartamentul mi-a placut.

Am avut parte de cel mai prost sejur din Brasov, in sensul ca de cand am intrat totul era vechi, foarte vechi, nu se investeste deloc pe partea de experienta clientului pe timpul sejurului, parchetul se auzea la fiecare pas. Ce nu a tinut de proprietar a fost faptul ca in urmatoarele seri s-au cazat un grup de tineri intr-un apartament de langa mine si au inceput o petrecere in toata regula, muzica, rasete, galagie, in momentul cand m-am dus la ei si le am batut la usa la ora 2 noaptea brusc au facut liniste. In fine, pentru cei care vor sa viziteze, apartamentul ca zona este foarte bun dar cu pretul ca nu veti avea liniste si odihna datorita ori a ce este vechi in apartament, ori a vecinilor care nu respecta orele de liniste.

Localização excelente, fazíamos tudo a pé, perto de tudo! Casa espaçosa, confortável, cozinha bem equipada, ótimo aquecimento. Fácil de encontrar. Check-in super cômodo. Televisão no quarto e na sala. No andar térreo, que facilita bastante a acessibilidade. Fácil de parar o carro na rua.

A entrada e acesso precisam ser melhorados, o apartamento é incrível, mas as lixeiras da entrada e aspecto de abandonado desvaloriza o imóvel.. O banho é bom, mas pouca pressão. Os colchões não são confortáveis. Os cantos ao lado do sofá e cama estavam um pouco sujos.

Au lieu d'une chambre et petit appartement, c'est un vrai T3 1 chambre, un séjour une cuisine tout équipée et séparée. Tout est neuf, jolie décoration, dans une cour, calme au coeur de la vieille ville. Très bon rapport qualité prix Bravo
