Położenie apartamentu - boczna uliczka, jednocześnie blisko centrum. Supermarket Lidl około 10 minut spacerem. Parking pod domem - miejski, płatny przez aplikację. Miejsc wolnych dość. I przede wszystkim cena która biła inne oferty.

Szybkość internetu - około 10 Mbit/s. Trochę zbyt wolny do korzystania przy wymagających treściach. Dla dwóch osób jest sypialnia, dla kolejnych właściciel przewidział dmuchany materac (dość duży, dwuosobowy i wysoki - ale nie każdy lubi takie rozwiązania)

Tichá lokalita, krásný výhled z jedné strany bytu. Byt útulný a čistý.

Především zpoplatněné parkování, které v nabídce nebylo zmíněné. Moc měkká matrace postele a nehezké a nepohodlné židle na balkóně.
