Mini Chic Downtown

1. If you arrive with a car- the location is ideal. The apartment is just on the border of the ztl and it has a private parking. The area is quiet and nice. It's a 10 minute walk to piazza santo stefano (with restaurants, bars, shops and a nice Sunday market) and 15-20 minute walk to the two towers and city center. 2. Alessandra and Walther are amazing hosts, super nice, communicative and helpfull. 3. The apartment itself is spacious, clean and comfortable. It is better than it looks in the photos.

1. It is not at the very center, so if you are not arriving with a vehicle and need the parking outside the ztl, you could probably look for a more central lodging. 2. It's a 2 story space with only one door/window so it could feel a little stuffy. We felt it mainly in the mornings when we woke up and it was pretty dark.

The apartment is really nice, clean and close to everything. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet. Also, the owners were really kind and helpfull We will surely like to stay there again!!!

It starts with the welcome from Alessandra and Walther. Besides they are very nice people with whom we enjoyed the conversation, they ensured we have everything to experience the best of Bologna: from sites to art and food. Then the location itself is awesome, very clean with everything you need and no more 10 minutes far away of the main attractions.

As said, you have everything you need, like a coffee machine, coffee and even a bottle of wine. Maybe some extras which will not hurt, will be one umbrella and 2 special glasses for wine, but you have glasses anyway and arcades to cover you from the rain.
