La Soffitta

Appartamento molto accogliente e completo di tutto il necessario. Ottima posizione sia per il centro, sia per raggiungere il Centro Congressi. Bar sotto casa comodissimo per colazione. Fermata bus sotto casa. Host molto gentile e disponibile.

La Soffitta was very clean & comfortable. It had everything we needed & great location near station. Enjoyed breakfast at cafe next door which was very reasonable. Loretta was excellent host. Her directions were very detailed with photos so it was easy to find apartment & communication with her was easy, quick & efficient.

Şehir Merkezine yakın. Toplu taşımaya yakın. Daire tertemizdi. ev sahibi çok ilgiliydi. Havaalanından Daireye ulaşım için yardımcı oldu. Bologna’yı öğrenmek hakkında yardımcı oldu.

Stanza carinissima e molto pulita, dotata di ogni comfort, a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Bologna centrale. Ottima comunicazione con l'host, la signora Loretta, davvero gentile e super disponibile. Comodissimo il bar sottostante per la colazione.

Location piccola ma ben organizzata, pulita e posizionata in posizione strategica, vicina (ma non troppo) alla stazione e con la fermata dei bus a pochi metri. Assistenza e supporto presenti ma non invadenti.

L'ascensore non funzionava nei giorni in cui ci siamo stati ma un guasto può capitare...noi avevamo solo zaini a spalla, con le valigie non sarebbe stato il massimo. Manca una macchinetta automatica per il caffè, c'era la moka ma quella, almeno io, non la uso neanche più a casa.

Loretta was the perfect host, providing very clear and helpful directions right from the station up to checking in/accessing keys. The apartment was spotlessly clean, so well equipped....and very importantly.... with a very comfy bed and super powerful lovely shower. Loretta had gone the extra mile and left toiletries and bottles of cold water in the fridge - so kind and thoughtful given how hot it is. She is also available and very helpful very quickly on WhatsApp for any questions you may have. It is a very straightforward (and straight line 😊) walk into the historic centre .... allow 20-25 mins. Pop in for a lovely coffee and cornetto to the cafe bar downstairs, to set yourself up for a great day exploring the beautiful Bologna. Thank you so much Loretta for being part of my fantastic travels and enabling me to make wonderful memories in Bologna 😘.

The washing machine was there but the host asked not to use it, which is quite inconvenient

Loretta provided easy instructions to get to the property from the train station. She also checked with us the next day to make sure everything was okay. Place was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. It had all the facilities we required.
