Everything. We had a great communication with Francesco, is a great host, very pleasant and it will give you all the information you need. The studio has all the things needed for a perfect stay (even a kitchen with all the stuff), is on a quiet street and closed to the city center.

Excellent place, great location, great host. Couple of great authentic restaurants on the street. Nice quiet area.. Great location to the center, literally turn left to the next street and a straight 10 to 15 minute walk right down through the City center.

Location and communication with the host were great. The apartment is quite large and comfortable, located minutes by foot from the city center. Francesco was always available and provided all the informations we needed.

The host was very friendly, flexible and helped us with everything we needed. The towel and sheets were very clean. The location was perfect. The room had a temperature control and that was good.

The Studio was not exactly like the pictures, because on the ground floor there was no natural light and it needs a small renovation and some of the equipment must be replaced with new ones.

Everything needed for staying in the house was available. The host was truly very helpful. They took great care of us and provided us with valuable information during our trip. They didn't hesitate to ask us repeatedly about any possible missing items. Additionally, they recommended a restaurant, and we truly had the best meals we ate throughout our entire trip to Italy there. A very friendly host, and if you ever want to stay in a really sweet studio apartment, this is the perfect address.

Throughout our entire stay, we didn't feel any deficiencies, and we enjoyed our stay and left very satisfied.

Clean, centrally located, and well-equipped. The bed was large, cosy and very comfortable. Fully functional kitchenette. Good value for money. The host is highly responsive and communicative. Francesco went the extra mile looking after our bags after checkout. Winning.

My host, Francesco was absolutely wonderful. He made the self check-in very easy. He not only attended to all of my needs/questions, he anticipated needs such as the comfort of the apartment when the weather changed. He saw to every request and advised on where to eat authentic food away from touristy places. He made my first time in Bologna very comfortable. The apartment is questionable when you drive up to it but that all slips away when you enter into a very clean, comfortable space. It is beautifully decorated and has all modern appliances It is walking distance to many significant places and restaurants of all types. I felt safe walking alone at night. The university gives this neighborhood an exciting vibe. . I will stay here again when I return to Bologna.

The only comment would be the small bathroom sink so close to the cabinet above. Not a reason to say no to this very lovely apartment.

Clean, good location, well appointed

Too many whatsAp to organise. Because the parameters for entry were elastic and then became more restrictive it took 11 message to sort out entry time. Then 1 sending receipt, 1 asking for Passport details and 1 making arrangements to leave. This included need for cash and I carry no cash when abroad. Fewer and better organised messages
