Location was good. Appreciated the washing machine. Ground floor studio.

Everything was good! The host was very friendly, he showed us everything we needed to know. We also received some lovely little bonuses that made our experience even more special. The room was cozy and clean, and overall, we were very happy with both the accommodation and the time we spent there.

Very spacious apartment in a great location. Host was very welcoming and we enjoyed discounts to excellent local osteria and other street food. So many great places to discover in the local streets around the apartment, and easy walk to main piazza.

Excellent location, and the apartment had everything you needed (including air conditioning). Superb place to stay 👌

The host was very nice and helpful and easily reachable — we noticed that the parchment paper for the oven had run out, and he brought us some more within just a few minutes! We also liked the location, which was very peaceful and within walking distance of both the city centre and the Bologna Centrale railway station.

Location was great. Everything was within a quick a walk from the hotel. Francesco gave recommendations for restaurants and things to do in Bologna.

Francesco was such a wonderful host and provided excellent communication throughout our entire stay. He met us outside upon our arrival, then took the time to show us around the apartment. He gave us a dinner recommendation to a nearby restaurant that we were able to get a 10% discount for through Francesco, he also very kindly handled the dinner reservation side of things for us. Location is also excellent, situated in the old town it is very close to the main tourist sites and bus station. Would definitely stay again if we're ever back in Bologna!

Our host was very kind and welcoming! The apartment was neat, clean and had everything one needs for a stay. Location was great - a few minutes walk from the center! I would stay here again :)

The apartment was absolutely fantastic: very spacious, with large comfortable bed, nice bathroom, everything we needed was there. Also the location was perfect, nice restaurants & cafes nearby, and just a 10 min walk from the 2 Towers or Via Zamboni. The owner Fransesco is an amazing host. We'd love to come back!
