Location suited our needs, clean and comfortable

Receptionist was rude and unhelpful. We were unable to get the oven to operate.

La cuvette des toilettes est mal fixee et fait des craquement inquietant des qu’on l’utilise. Les fenetres a double virtrage dans la chambre et le salon ayant des rideaux roulants sont peu insonorisantes sur une avenue tres bruyante. Lumiere trop forte dans le salon

I have rented different apartments in Bologna over 8 years. This was far and away the best! It was reasonably priced, the location is fabulous, and it is very well set up with everything that a traveller needs.

Nothing really. Perhaps. they could look at upgrading the pillows..... But, there really was nothing that I could complain about.

Great location for visiting the city - very short walk to Piazza Maggiore. Air con when we needed it and shutters which helped to make it quiet. Apartment had everything we needed

A very small niggle was that nowhere to hang clothes in bathroom - but that is being very picky - everything else was great.

Great location. Close to city centre. Supermarkets, shops, and restaurants nearby. Coffee machine with free coffee pods. Apartment accessible by lift. Taxi rank nearby. Good communication by staff of management company.

Decor very basic. Horrible bright lighting in living area/kitchen. A standard lamp would have been nice for evenings. Uncomfortable memory foam pillows. Only one per bed. One spare pillow in a drawer but no pillowcase. The settee is very uncomfortable and has no cushions. I found one cushion in a wardrobe, but it was covered in stains and had no cover. Air conditioning in the bedroom didn't work. TV remote didn't work although they did offer to replace it. There are no mirrors except the one in the bathroom. Horrible toilet. Badly fitting toilet seat and not well attached. Made creaking noises as though it was going to fall off the wall. You have to take out your own rubbish, but no special card was left to open the general waste bin. I was told a previous guest took it!

Located close to piazza Maggiore and major attractions. Shopping and public transit at our door. Top quality facilities in apartment. It was perfect!. Many thanks to the helpful staff here!

Great location, easy to communicate with staff who were helpful to solve basic issues (e.g. arranging a car pass to limited traffic zone).

Perhaps I'm getting old, but a few things I see as worth to consider for improvement even in such a great place. Bologne is a noisy and a very hot city so having perfectly working sun shades and soundproof windows might be a huge benefit. Air conditioning should be serviced regularly to avoid noise and performance issues. In many places I've visited before I had never taken care of: garbage bags, dishwasher tabs etc. - this time I needed to equip myself with everything. Last but not least, for foreigners it might be difficult to understand a limited traffic zones concept (getting a map or a clear instruction how to avoid being fined would be more than appreciated).
