We had a perfect stay at this apartment. I was traveling with my two children, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for anything more. The flat was spotless, quiet, and really cozy. The host had even left food and drinks for the start of our stay, which was thoughtful after a long day of traveling with kids. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the train station and close to all the main attractions in Bologna. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, always available for any questions. He shared great tips about the area, recommended lovely places to eat, and even helped us arrange a taxi when we needed it. We had a wonderful time - 10 out of 10. Highly recommended!

Todo!! Alojamiento muy cómodo y limpio con toda clase de detalles pero lo mejor el anfitrión Pietro, siempre conectado para responder al momento! Nos dejó la nevera llena de productos para desayunar. Apartamento 100% recomendable. Si vuelvo a Bologna me alojaré en este apartamento!

Por decir algo, igual faltaría un sofa en la zona del comedor pero las sillas son muy cómodas y estuvimos genial

Everything was so perfect for our stay. We were greeted by the host and shown up to the flat. He had the refrigerator stocked with many items- so wonderful after our long travels.

Great location. Walking distance to the city centre and 10mins walk from the train station, perfect for day trips to Modena and Parma which is what we did. The host is really attentive, friendly and flexible. We loved that they left plenty of food and drinks in the apartment to welcome us which is a great touch. We had the perfect stay! :))

Honestly can’t fault it.

Clean, great staff, easy walk from train station. Lovely area from walk, great restaurants nearby. Sleeping rooms was really great.

Should have been a sofa or some chairs for relax and talk for a group of friends like us.
