Perfect location, although it can get a bit noisy in the morning. Very clean, nice bathroom, comfy beds. We loved our stay

Η τοποθεσία ήταν πολύ καλή απέναντι από τον κεντρικό σταθμό και κοντά στη παλιά πόλη . Πολύ καλή οικοδέσποινα .

Τα δωμάτια δεν είχαν καθόλου ιδιωτικότητα καθώς επικοινωνούσαν το ένα με το άλλο, στην ουσία το ένα δωμάτιο ήταν πάνω από το άλλο . Επίσης , υπήρχε πρόβλημα με το ίντερνετ και δεν καταφέραμε να ανάψουμε τη θέρμανση σύμφωνα με τις οδηγίες.

Are o poziție excelentă, la 3 minute de gara centrală. Un mic inconvenient este faptul ca cele două camere de dormit sunt una deasupra celeilalte iar cel de sus are un spațiu lăsat pentru geam și se aude totul în camera de jos și viceversa

Well located directly across the street from the main railway station. Downstairs there is an excellent pizzeria, which also has a takeout option, a small shop with takeaway paninis and beers etc, a gelato store, and a souvenir shop. The apartment is well appointed and quite comfortable. The kitchen is also well set up and the laundry was very handy. The area feels generally safe and there is a range of supermarkets within 10 minutes' walk and I recommend the Coop for a good range and well priced. There are public buses nearby but it is an easy 15-20 minute walk into the old town with several sights on the way.

The stairs leading up to the main bedroom are quite steep. There is also an issue with the electrical circuit for the washing machine, microwave and kettle - there are warning signs but only use one at a time.

Grazia was a great host helping answer questions. The apartment is very secure and safe for my family. It is an excellent location only a few minutes away from Bologna Centrale.

The upstairs and downstairs rooms do not have privacy between them.

Location to train station across the road ... resturant below was handy.

One bed not made and 2 pillow slips for 4 pillows. Bed sheet for one bed to small. When contacting owner via email told linen in cupboard and told I should have informed him if 2 beds required but not mentioned in booking so unaware. When asked to supply 2 more pillow cases I was told that there was 2 there so why would I want more. Nice place but owner clearly not interested in being helpful. Pity.

Que la habitación de arriba y de abajo se comunica por un hueco y se oye todo
