Appartamento pulito e accogliente al piano terra. In primavera è sicuramente possibile godere del giardinetto privato che si trova davanti all'ingresso. Le informazioni dell'host precise e puntuali. Posizione comoda e facilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi pubblici; il centro città è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi.

La localisation est bien, nous sommes au calme et près du centre de Bologne ! Le logement était propre et nous avions le nécessaire.

Le logement est humide, cela se traduit par une odeur d’humidité et des traces sur les murs (auréoles jaunes, traces de moisissures anciennes…). Le ballon d’eau chaude est très petit et ne permet pas de prendre deux douches à la suite. Le jardin donne sur la route à la vue de tous et ne donne pas envie de s’y installer. Le rez-de-jardin attire beaucoup de moustiques, il faut ainsi prévoir en conséquences … Pour finir la luminosité générale est très sombre, même en plein jour et lors de belles journées la chambre reste dans la pénombre.
