"Excellent and cosy choice in the very heart of Bologna."

Exceptionally good location and the apartment has everything you need, even your oon private garden. Anna was very friendly, easy to reach and helped us with finding parking etc.

The design of the shower could have been more functional, but this was not really a problem for us.

"to sum up the money paied to stay were too much for the condition of the apartment."

the location was quite close to city center

the smell in the house due to humidity was unbearable. everything felt wet. the bathroom door was in really poor condition and some walls were soaking wet, water even dripping on the floor.

Apartment was fantastic and only a 20 minute walk into the city centre. Had all the facilities needed for a few days stay in Bologna. Anna the owner was brilliant and communicated well with us before and during our stay. She was quick to answer any questions and provide us with information on transport, restaurants etc. We would definitely recommend a little Italian restaurant which is 5 mins walk from the apartment, called Osteria al 15. Amazing food and staff and very reasonable!!
