Dinicu Residence - Central Location

Excellent location, just in the center. Easy access to any attraction of interest in Brasov. The room is spasious, clean and has all the necessary types of equipment.

There is no wardrobe for your clothes, so be prepared almost to use your language to store your clothing. There is no boiler for making coffee in the morning, so be prepared to go out and grab your morning coffee. There is no cosmetic case in the bathroom!

Mihai the owner was very helpful with everything. He reccomend us the best driver ( sebastian) for a long trip. Thank you very much we really enjoyed it!

the room was so charming and lovely. liked pretty much everything except…

the bathroom was tiny and the shower splattered water all over the place, there was a puddle in the room. also needs more curtain panels because they did not cover all the windows.

We had a super nice stay and the host was very prompt in answering our questions. The location is accessible to anywhere and we’ve enjoyed the night roaming around the square. Definitely I’ll recommend!

Just noticed that there’s a bit leaking in the toilet which we smelled but it has not been a big issue for us.

The check in was smooth and the host gave us all the details ahead of time, we're even able to check in early, without any special requests. The location was ideal for us as you only have to walk 3 minutes to the centre of the town and also don't have to deal with the noise at night. The room was warm and cosy, big enough and having the shower room separated from the toilet was useful. We enjoyed our stay here!

Changing the doors and windows would upgrade the room and make it more energy efficient and maybe adding a kettle, but otherwise it's a very comfortable room.

The location is very close to the old center, the room space, the quiet.

The bathroom is to small, the bad mattress not so comfortable .
