Great location - huge room. Lots of coffee. Two bathrooms and insuite laundry. The aircon in the main room wasn’t working but the other two rooms were great. Super nice host. Would go back. Had a good price.

Kitchen was small but never used it. Tough to complain about this place. Nico was great host.

Очень чистая и уютная квартира 💕Есть все необходимое. Мы с семьей были как дома,потолки очень высокие 4м,у нас дома такие же поэтому очень много пространства для всех Две ванные комнаты. Шикарная кухня . Есть все необходимое. Было очень приятно ужинать за большим столом всей семьей и смотреть любимые фильмы,телевизор со всеми доступными развлекательными каналами YouTube, Netflix . До этого жили в Macan apartments они очень уступали этому месту ☝️здесь в100 раз уютнее

Нет такого не хотелось уезжать

"Lo repetíria, nos encantó!"

La ubicación, fácil de llegar, está en planta baja. Muy cerca de la estación central del tren. Puedes llegar a muchos lugares caminando. Al lado tenía una tienda de conveniencia, nos dejaron café y artículos esenciales de aseo. Nos encantó la limpieza y distribución de las habitaciones. Todo hermoso y muy cómodo!

"Apartament ze świetną lokalizacją blisko dworca i historycznego centrum"

Apartament oceniam bardzo wysoko. Zarówno czystość, cena jak również bliskość atrakcji Bolonii (2 min od dworca kolejowego, 20 minut spaceru od głównego placu Bolonii pięknymi arkadami). Świetna baza wypadowa do innych miejsc. W okolicy mnóstwo sklepów, restauracji, kawiarni. Apartament jest cichy i usytuowany na parterze, co jest świetną opcją dla rodziców z wózkami dziecięcymi. Mieszkanie jest stylowe i bardzo wygodne. Kuchnia dobrze wyposażona, łazienka posiada podstawowe kosmetyki. Dzięki uprzejmości właściciela mogliśmy przedłużyć pobyt i przyspieszyć meldunek co dla podróży z maleńkim dzieckiem miało ogromne znaczenie i jesteśmy bardzo wdzięczni za tę możliwość. Apartament posiada klimatyzację, lodówkę, pralkę o suszarkę :) jest świetnie wyposażony, polecam bardzo mocno.

"So close to train station excellent base to explore the area."

Ideal for our family of six. Quiet and lots of linen provided. Loved two showers and two toilets. Ground floor flat. Location is fantastic walk to city centre and train station so close so it was easy to train to Reggio Emilia, Maranello, Modena, Verona and on to Florence.

Aged interior but very clean. No view.

Assenza di coperte, poca reperibilità ed assistenza del proprietario, caldaia in blocco continuo.
