Suite Nico Bologna Centro

A great find close to central station, about a 10 min walk allowing for traffic lights. Lovely attention to detail, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The kitchen had a full fridge, stove and dishwasher, good crockery, cutlery and proper wine glasses. A coffee maker was appreciated. The unit also has a washing machine and dryer that were put to good use. Even though the unit is in an older building it was totally soundproof. It was a comfortable 20 minute walk into the old town where there are many restaurants.

We couldn't fault this unit, the owners obviously put a lot of thought into it.

Great location beside the train station , easy to find and access , kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped, beds comfortable, lots of space for my family , kids enjoyed the tv and Wi-Fi , convenience store next door was convenient

Spacious rooms located very close to the train station .

We arrived after 6pm and there was no one to greet us. This one of those accommodations where an apartment is rented out and they call it a hotel. The entrance was difficult to find, the phone help person had never been there. After finally finding the apartment the phone person gave us the wrong code. She gave the asterisk key in Italian so we did not know what key pad button to press. Then transposed two other numerals in the code. But then she finally gave it right and we got in.

The location was very convenient to the train station and walkable to the city center. Two bedrooms and two full baths were perfect for two couples

Dryer took a long time but is typical for a European machine

The apartment was as described in the description. The bathrooms were great. There were 2, each with a shower and bidet. Endless hot water which was great. The kitchen was small but we didn't use much, except for making tea and coffee and a light breakfast. The apartment had everything, linens, towels, soaps, even Q-tips, plus a washer and dryer and iron. They thought of everything. The location by the train station is great. Lots of restaurants near by. A little hiccup for texting to have the door open, but they responded instantly via Booking, got in right away. I would stay here again! Hopefully for a longer stay next time!

Across the street from the train station and walking distance from the key sights, large rooms with comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, good showers, friendly and responsive hosts

No view from the windows as it is a ground floor apartment

The Nico suite was in a great location across from the station and a short walk into the town. The communication before, and during our stay was exceptional from Nicolette. I highly recommend this suite as to the 4 other members of my party.
