The location was amazing. It was very close to piazza maggiore and convenient to walk to the center of the city. It was close to where friends of mine were staying which was as added bonus. It was very cleanly and well set up for a solo traveler. I felt very safe in the apartment and building itself.

The door was a little tricky to get open at times. But other than that there is nothing else that I disliked.

I cannot recommend this place highly enough. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed. The host is incredibly kind, thoughtful, and attentive, making the entire stay smooth and enjoyable from beginning to end. The apartment is exceptionally clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything needed for both short and long stays. The kitchen is fully functional, complete with cooking facilities, a dishwasher, and all the essentials for preparing meals at home. There is also a washing machine, a hairdryer, a spotless bathroom, and a wonderfully comfortable bed that guarantees a restful night’s sleep. What truly makes this place exceptional is its location. It is situated in one of the most charming areas of Bologna, right next to renowned local restaurants and famous food shops that perfectly reflect the city’s rich culinary heritage. Directly across the street is the romantic spot where visitors leave love locks as symbols of their affection, creating a unique and memorable atmosphere. Nearby, a picturesque canal offers a glimpse of Bologna’s hidden beauty, often described as a little Venice within the city. For everyday convenience, a CONAD City supermarket is just steps away. During the evening, the neighborhood comes alive with countless restaurants, cafés, and places to explore, allowing guests to experience the authentic spirit of Bologna. There is also a lovely small church nearby, adding even more character and charm to the area. Despite being surrounded by everything you could possibly need, the apartment remains conveniently close to the historic center and the city’s magnificent main square, making it an ideal base for discovering Bologna on foot. The only unfortunate part is that this accommodation becomes fully booked very quickly. After staying here, it is easy to understand why.

Great host, great location, good facilities, great bathroom, comfortable. fast wifi, high quality TV. Well equipped kitchen. Convenient for everything: restaurants, culture... 15 minutes walk from railway station. Supermarket two doors away. Would definitely rebook.

I could have done with a firmer mattress but that's a question of preference. These are *minor* details but... on the one hand a great coffee machine on the other hand I couldn't find where to buy 100% compatible capsules (e.g., seemingly not the local supermarket). The cooker clock and the CO alarm were a bit bright and both flashed away, If I has known how to set the clock I could have solved that. (Some instructions for the cooker would have been helpful). In principle the flat is very quiet, in practice the access corridor/stairs can be a bit lively but luckily not late at night or early in the morning so OK

Purtroppo l'appartamento è troppo grande per i soli termosifoni e fa fatica a scaldarsi; inoltre la porta di casa non isola bene dai rumori sulle scale, che si possono sentire anche molto forti

Luigi nos ha atendido en todas nuestras necesidades. Se portó muy bien con nosotros. El apartamento es muy céntrico. y el el barrio tiene mucha vida. El apartamento tiene aire acondicionado, lo cual se agradece en verano. La cocina está perfectamente equipada y el baño está reformado. La limpieza del apartamento es extraordinaria. Las fotos que aparecen se ajustan a la realidad del apartamento. Ves las fotos y eso es lo que ten encuentras. No hay trucos fotográficos.

No hubo nada que no nos gustase o nos resultase incómodo.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is very clean and comfortable. The air conditioning works very well to cool the space. The location was excellent! Close to many attractions. There is a grocery store a few steps away which was very convenient.
