The host, Alexandra was very friendly and helpful! To being around historic neighborhood is very wonderful. Everything was great during our stay.

The apartment was wonderful and in a great location. We have been to Bologna several times, and this is our preferred apartment and location. The apartment itself was clean, the bed was comfortable, the host was responsive, and the area and building were very safe. We hope to return. For those with a car: Parking is about 5-10 minutes on foot, or 2 minutes by car. It's secure and well managed; someone is on-site at all times. It is 25€ per day, which is the average price for a secured garage. You must leave your keys, but it was not an issue - that's a normal procedure for secure parking. My only concern was getting to the garage - you go through a few ZTL Zones, and I'm unsure if we understood the zones and maps. The parking garage provides your license plate information to the city authorities; thereby, if you cross a ZTL zone, you're supposed to be covered, as it is retroactive. However, specific zones, i.e., if Google takes you down a bus-only route, you may not be covered. I guess we'll find out in a few months. Otherwise, it's a terrific apartment, and the neighborhood is safe and secure. I highly recommend it.

Great location, very close to everything by foot. Appreciated the terrace outdoors so an aperitivo by evening. The kitchen is very well equipped and so is the bedroom.

The bed mattress could be upgraded to something more comfy.
