Residence i MasCa'

Location was really good, easy to get from train station and easy to reach the city center. It was clean and cosy.

Washing machine took more than usual to work and it was noisy.

Spacious apt, good location for access to train and central historic area. Good AC in bedroom. Good design for quiet bedroom sleeping.

No AC in living area. No toaster or microwave (admittedly not advertised as having one but it would be nice for travelers). Shower leaked and was a known problem.

Good location for train station and old town. Supermarket round the corner. We could leave our suitcases at check out and pick them up later. Owners Silvia and Jacopo gave us lots of helpful information.

A bit sparse but still functional

Great location, handy to attractions and restaurants. Close to public transport.

The only downside was the wifi for our apartment was not working so we had to use the signal from one of the other apartments and it kept dropping out

Good location near the station, cool apartment and area. Loved the design of the apartment and it had great facilities. The staff were exceptional, very attentive and so helpful in providing recommendations and storing our luggage until later in the day.

The bathroom floor was quite slippery when wet and the shower drainage needs improving as it started to clog. But a minor issue.

We were only 2 so we had plenty of space. For 4 maybe a lack of privacy, but very good for a family... Minimalistic presentation but everything you might need is present. Bedroom was away from the street, so nice and quiet.

Access by car is not authorized because of restricted traffic zone implemented by the city of Bologna. Secure parking is available at 500 meters.

Kitchen facilities

Very noisy. Every night bar across road had people drinking outside until 3am. All windows shut and still noisy. Bed mattress uncomfortable. Only one pillow which was too soft. Extra pillows not available. Cramped, clostraphobic feeling. Tight space from bedroom to living area. 20 minute walk to main tourist areas. Owner tried to pressurise me by asking for a 9 or above rating. (Messaged me day before to ask for a rating 9 or above.)
