Zona foarte linistita unde este amplasat imobilul, dimensiunile camerelor, locuri de parcare suficiente, disponibilitatea gazdei pentru cereri particulare.

Accesul in curte cu masina, poarta destul de ingusta, dar este specifica curtilor imobilelor din acea zona. Exteriorul cladirii ( per general) ar putea fi mai bine intretinut, cu toate ca zonele aferente apartamentului erau amenajate corespunzator.
