The property is very nice, clean, comfortable and equipped with everything you need. We stayed in ap. 4

A good thing but also a bad thing is that the property is on a very populated street that is the main access for most of the turistic objectives. There are a lot of sounds and noise, especially in the night, for us this was a problem because we travelled with a 3 years old, but maybe not for everyone.

I object to requirements being told to me after a reservation is made. The check in process could be better. We are on a multi-week trip with many stops. 2 days before arrival i get a message in Booking.com to complete check-in to pay local fees. The link is to a new app. Then 30 minutes later I receive a second message in Booking.com that I need to install WhatsApp or another app to communicate with the local host. All communication after this is outside Booking.com. We were uncertain about how to find the apartment. I asked for, but did not receive, instructions for this. The published address is for an optical store, but you will not see the store if the store is closed. The store is hidden inside a lobby, not visiblefrom the street. If you arrive later, you must find a large wooden door next to a cosmetic store. Then try to reach someone via WhatsApp to open this door and a second door. The stairs and hall are dark, light switches exist but are not obvious on how to find them. Something was wrong with the refrigerator. It leaked water onto the floor.

Appartment was nice and clean, close to city center and railway station. Easy keys hand-over and communication with owner on WA. Not very quiet place, restaurats/cafes down on the street. However this can be expected in citycenter.
