Perfect walking distance from everything, nice, private location. Easy communication

The positioning of the apartment is amazing. Big rooms, spacious, well equipped and it is very quiet. The location also has a parking spot.

The shower could use a bit more water isolation. The water was spreading all over the bathroom. Easily fixable with more silicone sealant. The hallway leading to the apartment had a very strong cigarette smell. Someone was or is smoking heavily there. But the smell was NOT going inside or affected negatively our stay.

The landlord was really friendly and welcomed. We liked that he set some Christmas decoration for us to make our new year experience even better than expected.

The host was very nice and the apartment was already heated when we arrived and it was great since it was freezing outside. The apartment is clean and well equipped and it has a coffee machine which is good for the morning :) The location is great and the best is the private parking!

The building itself is old and not well maintained. But inside the apartment you don't feel it.

The location is great. The parking space is a huge advantage as there are no available spots in the car parks nearby. Communication with the host was easy, quick and detailed.

The best thing of this property was its location. It is really at the city center with a parking space reserved. Although it is small, it has everything you need for a short stay in Brasov. Spacious and clean bathroom, heating, tv in both rooms. It is also very quiet.

There is no view. The appartment belongs to an old property which looks a bit challenging from the outside. We were a bit disappointed by the fact that the sofa bed was not ready prepared for us upon our arrival, nor could we find pillow cases, blanket cases etc to prepare it ourselves. We guess that the owner might have forgotten that we would be 4 people. Besides that, we had a good experience.

Beautiful apartment near the center of old town. Clean, comfortable, everything you need was here.The hosts are very attentive and kind.Free parking with your own place. Sincerely recommended!
