I liked that the property included a parking spot outside, really helpful in downtown Brasov. I also liked the quick response and action from the host (there was a problem with the water heater which was resolved quickly). Also, great location with a supermarket right beside, and a 4 minute walk to Piata Sfatului.

The owner was very kind; he/she answered all questions. The instructions were very clear and easy to be applied. We had a parking place (we really needed it) with a remote control access, just in front of the building. The location is perfect, just a few minutes walking from the center. The interior design of the apartment is modern and functional. The hospitality of the hosts is remarkable. The owner awaited us with a bottle of wine from the house. The coffee machine is also available and we received also the coffee for a week. Thanks! Other things: spacious fridge, microwave oven, an electric stove and the necessary crockery to prepare the meal.

The period was very short to notice something unpleasant. Everything was really fine.

Everything was fine. We stayed there in last november 2022. The apartment was spotless, the bathroom big and very comfortable. Check-is was fully automated, the owner sent a fully instruction to retrieve the keys and parking remote. The house is 200m from city centre, I definitely recommend it.
