Downtown Condo with a View Sleeps 4 5D

Great location, responsive host

Not set up to utilise the kitchen & cooking, tho our host responded to our request for cooking equipment & we really appreciated that. The very high cleaning charge put us off staying again this weekend on our return to Atlanta.

the location is close to Peachtree Center where Marta train is located and the world of Coca Cola is near so it is walking distance.

communication, I called many times, left voicemails and messages but even it’s urgent no immediate response before coming to the unit I emailed that I’m coming around 11-12 which I did and this was acknowledged but when I arrived the receptionist says the owner should contact them so on the first day I just left my suitcase beside the building and it cost me $10 from 11am to 4:00pm. there is no instruction how to open the heater the other heater you can open by using some tool the heater is very dirty and the dust around the house is many there are 3 lights in the kitchen but one light is not working the tv shows are a basic cable only so I just watched family feud there are only 2 fork which is different from each other and leas cutlery which I haven’t use the toilet cleanliness is poor the floor in the bathroom near the side is full of dirt needs to improve maintenance in the whole house I paid $330 for 2 nights so it’s expensive compared to other nearby hotels

The hotel is an apartment house, in the downtown area. Close to public transportation, conference venues and pubs/restaurants. We liked the view and the wifi connection.

A rather old facility that needs to be renovated. Especially the heating system. One can adjust the heating in the apartment, but the heating capacity is apparently doubled for the weekend. It was relatively cold in Atlanta, and we were cold until the weekend when we could finally heat up the room. There is only 1 key fob per apartment, and the one whose name is not in the booking has to use it every time entering the building. I booked the apartment, so I could get in by showing my ID, but I had to sign my name and various details every time I entered the building. Most receptionists were kind, but one lady at the reception was quite rude, asking questions every time and literally demanding information. This place could be good but need customer service training. Trash bins are allegedly located on every floor, but we could not find them.

Price wise for this apartment is too much, everything is old, the address get us lost because is a wrong address, the condo is 2 blocks down away from where the GPS take us, we spended too much money in parking which is right back in the building, the apartment has a washer and dryer out of service, the lil bit of coffee ground I found in the apartment was super old, no soap in the bathroom, was nothing to welcome the guest, at least I was expecting to have coffee and I couldn't, the heaters are super old and we couldn't even use them, the bath tub has a big blue stain and is leaking which that didn't let us sleep.

.Location was excellent. Walking distance to the World Congress Center (15 minute walk) Several nice restaurants in the area also walking distance (5 minutes!) Thelma, at the front desk was really terrific! Super friendly and gave me suggestions for restaurants. The unit I stayed in was very dated. I did not use the kitchen or tv. Happy there was an iron, but no Ironing Board. Dryer broken. Did not use washer. Heating/cooling system needs serious updates. Was not sure about checking out and left my key in lock box and left. It was, once again, great location. I walked to Fabtech in the World Congress Center for the Fabtech Show. Bed was clean and comfy. I actually would stay again. It was very safe. All I did was sleep and shower. So it met my needs. It was very spacious and excellent location

Very outdated and bathroom floor and tub was not so clean. The fridge was um very retro with gold tape striping on door :-) Did not do any cooking but seemed to have supplies...dishes etc.

Advertisement about the condo wasn't accurate about sleeping 4. I was thinking that there were 2 double bed. It ended up being one bedroom with.a double bed. The other two had to sleep on a futon and a sofa. Sheet rock was cracked and falling to the floor. I wouldn't recommend this rental to anyone.
