The apartment was beautiful!

The hallway smelled like cigarettes and pets.

it was spacious. The beds were comfortable.

It is a very old building. Owner has no control of hallways which were very run down. In side it was nice. The kitchen which we did not use at all was the most modern part of the apartment. The pictures of the inside of the apartment are accurate as the apartment is staged well. The guest shower did not work well ( temperature of water) so my son used my shower. The door to hall does not fit well; gap under the door and hard to use code for the door as you have to pull the door and enter the code at the same time. We set off the alarm several times. As noted the building was old; we never figured out how to control temperature.

I liked the layout and the master bathroom.

The hallway had an unpleasant odor and the location in general was very loud.

the location was great! the cleanliness was top tier! the staff and directions left from the home owner was phenomenal!

The description says a A/C apartment but the temperature is controlled by the building. myself and my boyfriend are very hot bodied people so I wouldn’t suggest similar temperatured humans to stay in winter like we did. they offer a “portable” A/C but it has to be connected to the hose leading outside in the living room to release hot air so it doesn’t really help in the other area of the house.

Pretty good location.

The carpet needs some cleaning.
