Central cosy apartment

We liked that it was walkable from the train station (10 min) and also walkable into town (15 min). The apartment was clean bright and spacious for 2 of us. It was very well equipped for what we wanted. We used the washing machine and also had breakfast in the apartment every day. There was shops close by (Pam outside the building) and an Aldi was a 7min walk. There was a lovely local park around the corner from the apartment which we visited every evening, it had a bar and some times music on.

It wasn’t the easiest place to find as we walked past twice before we found it. The aircon was not strong enough for the apartment when it is really hot which it was for us.

Location is great. Hist was very responsive & friendly. Place was clean & he let us check in a little earlier.

Two little minor things. The A.C was working but not efficient enough to cool the apartment. Needs a better or stronger A.C. A little shelf in the shower to put the shampoo or soap on would be a big convenience. It wasn't a big deal & we dealt with it but it's only a suggestion for improvement.

we loved this spacious, bright, light, immaculately clean apartment! fabulous welcome by Giovanni - everything we needed was in the apartment. We felt secure and happy in the area. close to train station. and many cafes and shops. supermarket downstairs. Giovanni provided great restaurant tips and tourist information in booklets in the apartment. excellent bathroom space and washing machine. air con worked very well.

Very close to rail station, museums, grocery store. Very good location for the money, great host Giovanni.

Vey noisy being on a main street. Better windows could insulate from the noise from the traffic. The wall between the apartment and the neighbors very thin, you can hear all the noise they make.

Lovely studio in a beautiful building, close to amenities and the famous Piazza Maggiore. Bologna Central Station is a 10min walk.The studio has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The host is wonderful & welcoming. If you’re in Bologna I would recommend this studio.

Giovanni the host was very helpful and met us happily when our flight was delayed and he also tried to book taxis for us and allowed us to stay another night as our travel onwards was cancelled due to severe weather. He is a star

The weather

The apartment location is ideal for visiting Bologna and we greatly appreciated the warm hospitality of our host who provided us with a lot of useful information.

All the amenities- cooking, washing machine, proximity to suprrmarket, folder if helpful information. Admittedly we had trouble with the washing machine but that may have been our fault. Giovanni was very helpful.

Light in the extractor fan not working.

Very clean, central location 5 mins from the train station and from the central area. There are bars and cafes located next to the apartment, with a supermarket downstairs and an amazing gelato and patisserie round the back. This is a great base for exploring bologna and neighbouring towns and city. The apartment has brochures and books, with great restaurant recommendations. FICO is definitely worth a visit The bed is super comfortable and the apartment has a fridge, freezer, hob and microwave Great host

street noise didn’t really both me but there was noise some nights from the adjacent apartment. Apartment is smaller than it looks on the photos but for 2 people it was fine

No breakfast Key to apartment door did not always work properly. Got stuck in the elevator 1 time & could not open door.
