"Adequate spacious central apartment"

Location and space in the property.

Access to 4th floor via stairs or old slow lift The property whilst clean was rather tired internally. Bathrooms and kitchen are in need of a refurbishment.

Algo de ruido de la calle los fines de semana por la noche, pero nada demasiado fuerte y que no se arregle con unos buenos tapones para los oídos.

"Great location, poor conditions of the property"

Location

Overall poorly maintained property. Broken window in one of the bedrooms. Very uncomfortable mattress. One of the bed bases was broken. Uneven heating: some rooms were boiling hot, while others were freezing cold. Heating was centralized and could not be adjusted. Building elevator only allowed one person and one luggage at the time, making it very slow to go up and down to the 4th floor.

"Shabby apartment in a great location"

The location was great. Some of its characteristics were special -parquet floors, marble floors,lovely timber work, beautiful aspects over the city.

It was shabby. Freezer was frosted over. Freezer Drawer was broken. Kitchen cupboards all need adjustment to close properly. Kitchen door scraped on the floored to the extent it was hard to open. The paintwork to timber work and walls throughout was really shabby - chipped and dilapidated . Nowhere to hang towels to dry, other than on the room heater or laundry rack, and the empty shower gel container had previously leaked leaving a build up on the bath. It would be so easy to make this place really sparkle. A coat of paint, and a handyman to adjust doors etc. but as presented it was a sad reflection of what it could so easily be.
