Location seems much smaller than 30m stated in the description. I would estimate maximum 20m including bathroom, entry hall and kitchen area but it is clean and cozy. Very easy to find (few meters form Piata Sfatului) and it is possible to park inside just in front of the room.

Coffee machine was not working - it needed to be descaled but the tile for that was not present.
