"Mooi appartement op een mooie plek, maar helaas onder de maat."

De locatie en hoe het er uitzag

Slechte en kapotte pannen. De douche liep niet door omdat het putje vol zat met haar. Daarnaast stond er een oud en doorgezakt bed wat ook nog eens 135 cm was. Totaal dus niet comfortabel!

Posizione centrale, comodissima a piedi per il centro città.

La pulizia della biancheria letto. Presentava macchie ed inoltre c'era odore che ogni tanto risaliva dalla doccia. Parcheggio gratuito difficoltoso, non disponibile nelle immediate vicinanze.

"Muchas escaleras"

Es un piso que tiene todo lo que necesitas ,estaba limpio y también bastante cómodo.

Nos tocó 3 piso y hay tantas escaleras que adelgaze subiendo y bajando.Esta en el casco antiguo de Avilés, mucho ruido por la noche y para aparcar flipas .Para ir a la playa necesitas coche si o si.Pero las playas paradisíacas.
