All are okey, location wise. Near all the fastfood and tradional food estabishment. A walk away going to the mall also. We have a great stay in general and i like it that i can see the bacolod sunrise every morning its beautiful.

Nothing, except for a limited space in the bathroom. But overall its perfect.

Location is the best. Near Lacson street where most of the Masskara Events/Concerts are located. Also its near grocery and fastfoods.

The elevator has a slight odor.

We are able to check in early as the key is accessible. I highly recommend it to others to try. Got a rooftop pool as well so you can relax after a tiring stroll around the city. The photo is a sunrise taken from the balcony😍

Small water provided, although only garbage creamer coffee sachets provided. Some black coffee would be good. Tv with Netflix etc. Great location, and nice view on top and little pool.

Nothing really to dislike here, if you know what to expect with a filo condo. Some others in building can be cheaper.
