YulZ 516 at Cityscape

The place really exceeded my expectations. The room is very clean, everything I needed is all present, it has a dedicated wifi inside the room, TV has Netflix which surprised me as this was not included in the listing. Has its own mini ref and kitchen tools, everything is working well especially the air-conditioning unit and the shower heater. The location is very convenient too, it is near the Capitol Bldg. and the Lagoon. If you feel like going for a run in the morning or night time, you can do it anytime as the Lagoon is a place where you see a lot of people jogging around. McDonalds, Jollibee, KFC, Chowking and convenient stores are also nearby. Across the Lacson street is also a place where you'll see a variety of street foods. Overall the accommodation is 100/10. Thanks to my host! I will surely stay here again.

Great location, very close to shops, park and mall. Room was clean, kitchen tools / appliances were enough and in good condition. Size of the room was great for a solo traveler. Shower was well maintained and bed was comfortable. WiFi was superb. Owner was very accommodating to requests.

The first room didn’t smell fresh and saw a small cockroach so we were transferred The second room smelled better but it was noisy from the generator as there was a brown out and also the cats and dogs outside can be heard. But the unit wasn’t costly so perhaps you get what you pay for.
