This accommodation was exceptionally good for such an extremely low price. Very friendly and accommodating staff, very nice and comfortable apartment. I can highly recommend this accommodation to everyone. You'll hardly find anything comparable for such an exceptionally low price. The only thing to complain about is the location. It's quite isolated; the only real shopping options within easy walking distance are a 7-Eleven or various small shops. It's very quiet there. The host has good contacts with affordable transport companies for those who need more shopping options. My family and I found this accommodation very pleasant and enjoyable. We will certainly come back.

The only thing that might have been noticed negatively was the occasional karaoke from more distant neighbors. However, this remained within a normal timeframe and did not become a nuisance. We'd rather not talk about the traffic in the Philippines; it's simply a case of whoever gets there first gets ahead, and whoever waits forever for a crossing opportunity will have a hard time. Start marching, the trikes, buses and cars are mostly considerate, sometimes you just need to walk faster. Otherwise, I have no complaints. The locals are very friendly; you won't be ripped off by them at all. Great value for money, great, fresh food. The only area where it's more difficult is pharmaceuticals, but it can be managed with patience.

the shower on our room very poor and not flowing properly

The owner upgraded our room. We had an apartment type with 2 rooms so my son had his own room. There was a refrigerator which turns water into ice cold just minutes later. There is a living room with huge tv & dining room with tables & chairs. Bonus, with heater and microwave oven. Toilet is very clean, hot & cold shower. Room 1 is airconditioned and room 2 has elec fan but still cold. We were not expecting too much since we just had a crash vacation/joy ride to Bacolod. Definitely one for the books! Highly recommendable.
