Modern 2 Bed Zimbali Suites

1. The property is located in one of best holiday resorts in our country (personal opinion). 2. The furnishings and the furniture of the unit modern. 3. The size of the unit quite decent and catered for our needs.

The property poorly managed and thus causing a whole lot of maintenance and unhygienic issues. The list of issues and possible solutions was sent to the management.

Within Zimbali estate. Great overall estate

No wifi. Damp smelling apartment, only aerated just moments before we arrived. Strong smell of cleaning detergents- took hours to get smell out.

I like the location, apartment and the host were really great.

The host is a really nice lady with a beautiful apartment, but the cleaning services that are being used by the Zimbali Suites management are really letting down the owners of the suites. Those people just don't clean the apartment properly. It seems like they just do it for the pay cheque, we had to go out and buy cleaning things(mop, disinfectants)and spent the whole of Saturday morning cleaning the apartment because it was so dirty and we have a 6 month old baby. My wife also suffers from sinuses, so we had to clean. We left the mop and cleaning things for future guests. Besides this, we had a great time.

Communication with security was bad,had to wait longer on arrival and when going out you have to explain all over again which room are you checking out?it was a lot
