A kitchen cloth would be a plus.

No parking space

The location was good, a little bit out from the city center but close enough to walk. Sure there is some noise this near the city, but not too much. Good place for a tired traveler to rest. Good bed and flexibility on checkout.

There were basic kitchen utensils, but no dish for the oven or baking paper. So if you are planning to use the oven, you should bring your own supplies. Would also have been nice to find some pepper, but at least there was salt.

The owner waited for us, the appartment and kitchen were good equipped. It was spacious, big TV. Free parking nearby. It was 20 min walk to the old town centre. Brescia is a beautiful city!

The school in front of the appartment, teenagers woke us before 08:00.

Perfectly located not in the middle of the noisy center but still very close. Big enough and had everything you may need.

Great location and decent Hot shower! There were plenty of shops for food nearby. It was an easy walk into the old section of the city. The kitchen was well equipped for a week’s stay. Communication was excellent. If we came to Brescia again we would stay here.

There was some tv noise from next door but otherwise quiet and private

Everything was perfect. Comfortable stay in a very clean, spacious and neatly decorated apartment. The fan and air conditioning was a life safer (a bit noisy but indispensable ;) The host are friendly, answered all questions quickly and allowed us to check in earlier. Easy self checkout. We found many free parking spaces in the same street.
