Nice flat, everything we needed. Parking outside very convenient.

Location is excellent

Check in was not as per what was supposed to be and we did not have electricity all night and it was freezing and also no one answers calls or emails in time you may get response maybe next day

Great two-bedroom apartment close to shops restaurants and a couple of pubs lovely quiet area free parking only a couple of miles from the motorway Stayed three times now for work and hopefully stay again when I'm back down bristol

Heating kept warm throughout ,comfortable beds

Didn’t feel clean enough ,needs updating,didn’t realise flight of stairs to go up and had a 2 year old to watch and no door to stop him going on landing .so many windows looking at u outside 🙈

No breakfast, didn’t like anything. Very dirty, musty smell and and furniture was badly stained and unfit for purpose.

Everything from start to finish was a disaster. Not cleaned properly, damp musty smell. Shower curtain very mouldy.no proper instructions regarding location etc. instructions also out of date, eg there was no Chinese restaurant nearby as was stated in the welcome package….all very unwelcome if. Can’t believe you have such a discussing property advertised o. Your website. 😡😡😡

Good communication,had all you needed by the property Tesco,Greggs, McDonald's,harvester etc,located in a quiet area

The apartment is big

No shower gel or shampoo provided. Pots were dirty and electrical kettle has rust coming out.
