Bed was squeaky, people in the streets were heard really well.

There’s basically everything you need for a short stay

Picture is a bit misleading, we thought we would get a little balcony but it was on the ground floor and right at the street, not a “terrace” to chill

We had booked this apartment for several days and had to pay when we arrived. After we had payed, Nina went on holiday. The apartment was in very bad condition,the toilet flush ran day and night like a waterfall, at the bottom of the toilet water came out, the shower had no hot water, the air condition didn’t work, the apartment was not really clean and so on. We wrote to Nina but received no answer, only after one day , because we had contacted booking com. We left the apartment, because of the unacceptable circumstances, especially because of the problems with the toilet and the noise of the steadily very loudly running toilet flush. We didn’t get back our money . When we wanted to bring back our key the next day, the key for our apartment did‘t work for a sudden.

For the price of this apartment - 90 gel a night. - you can get nice clean and comfortable apartments in Borjomi

Nina's place was perfect for us! We looked for a quiet, nice and clean room apartment which will fit our budget. Before we came she informed us that there was no AC but we didn't need it at all and we used the fan very rarely. During our stay Nina was super nice, helpful and warm. There is a little kitchen that provided us exactly with everything we needed for two people, including cooking! Thank you Nina! Hope to visit you again!

I really liked the location, it's close to the bus station, easy to find and very quiet at night, but you can easily go to the central park to hang out (6 mins)

The toilet in the bathroom was moving from side to side. In the morning there was smoke from cigarettes in the room because of an open window.
