Not a great deal in all honesty

Almost everything. Very shabby needs a good clean throughout and updating. Couldn’t work the shower to get hot water. No response as expected from the host as Duffy get key location and code until I was on the train an hour and half before due time and I had to contact customer service as I had no reply to my message. I’ve run Airbnb at half the price and provide so much more than this host. My friend and I would NOT recommend this accommodation. Looks far better in the pictures. Really need to provide sundries ie coffee/tea sachets would be a nice touch and done hand soap in the bathroom especially with all the virus going around! It’s not really much to ask is it? I would also recommend sorting the light switch in the bedroom next to the bathroom.

The property has good location and right outside the clean air zone

The host didn't send me the access pin until I called them for almost an hour in the rain after arrival. The bed falls apart right after I sat on it and injurted my leg - the frame was already broken and they have taped it - this won't hold an adult's weight. Once I complainted the issue to them, the team told me to "fix the bed yourself or sleep on the sofa" - endded up spent the entire journey slept on my car. Avoid!

The lying cleaners that obviously broke something a blamed it on me.

Nice and quiet with all you need…comfortable apartment with all facilities you need…close of all restaurants,pubs,hospital,college and city center with a private parking which was very helpful

The entire booking process was the most tedious thing I have EVER been through. The amount of information and photographic evidence needed to secure this booking was ridiculous!

Location was superb. Hosts were amazing. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay.
