It's a small house with all the amenities that you need, easy to find according to instructions. The apartment has two rooms for sleeping, it is very comfortable. Ok bathroom, small kitchen with fridge, ok wifi, free street parking very close on a main street. Proximity to everything in Borjomi. The very friendly and helpful host doesn't speak English, but has his english speaking son on the phone.

Owner was very accommodating as our arrival was delayed unexpectedly and they stayed in touch and met us at the property at a very late hour. They were generally very helpful and friendly. Facilities good and overall comfortable.

This is the perfect place to stay in Borjomi. It's a full apartment/house with all the amenities that you need. The hosts (I think they were the hosts parents) don't speak English but went above and beyond to accommodate me. Lovely stay, 10/10 would recommend.

Great location and very hospitable owners. The apartment was super clean and warm inside (that was great in cold weather).

The only problem is that ceiling was low and shower was too close to the toilet in bathroom

David’s place is perfect! the location is ideal. it is right in the heart of Borjomi, making it super easy to get around.
