beach is not so good, got poppy there. for beach maybe will not repeat again. but for Gold Coast room it OK. nice, security is friendly.

I give 1 star for the quick respond from the owner.

The property is very old property, there is no upkeep of the property. This unit is run by the owner, therefore worst still, the furniture are broken, jaccuci is spoilt. Before I book, I saw they will provide free toileties, but when I reached there, there is no toothepaste and tooth brush, no wifi, no drinking water. I am not going back to this Gold Coast Resort anymore.

At first I can't turn on the TV, then I contacted the owner, about 15mins after the maintenance came and have a check but turns out the TV already broke. Then they immediately switched to the new TV after 30mins. This thing happened at 11pm and they really did a great job handling customer!
