Worst experience. I booked thru booking .com. Handle by private person not from hotel. Not clean full of cockroaches.. room not clean

Nothing. No malaysian staff working. All Bangladeshi.

The location is close to the private beach. Plenty of parking. Easy access to food.

Water leaking in front of main door. Jacuzzi not working properly. Toilet quite dirty as it gets wet easily. Not enough trash bins. Fridge is dirty.

Location of the hotel is near to the beach. In the hotel also have restaurant (Kedai Tom Yam), it make more easy to get food. No need to travel out from hotel. However the restaurant is open after 4.00pm to midnight. Thus, afternoon lunch you need travel bit from hotel. Also near hotel have shop (99 Speedmart) can buy any instant food or other items if you needed. Of course in hotel have water park but need to buy a ticket. so far it good & valuable for our money spend.

I not like my balcony was block by a tree. Understand my room is not sea view or pool view, but at least not block by a tree. The leave so big I can't see event car parking lot. Hope owner can do something about it. Another the jacuzzi jet is not functioning.

The theme park great for children. This room c/w jakuzi man..awsome but it's noisy when in use

Makan is quite far from this place.
