Great location. Wonderful views of the bay south, all the way to Corfu town. The apartment had a balcony which was a great place to sit, relax and breath in the air. The place was fully equipet with anything you need to prepare your own meals if you don't wish to eat outside. Spiros and his mom were super friendly and helpful, and offered us to take sun umbrela to the beach and also gave us some extra towels. When we asked for a late checkout Spiros immediately aproved.

The water pressure was weak. We assumed this is common in the island on places high with a view. The wi-fi was not ideal (there were 3 networks, we haven't checked them all)

Everything- perfect location, facilities, equipment, cleanliness, openheartness.

Krásný výhled na moře. Apartmány jsou dokonale čisté, vše je připravené. V apartmánu je k dispozici absolutně vše, včetně elektronického repelentu, žehličky a žehlicího prkna, dále slunečníky na pláž, pokud nechcete platit na za plážové. K moři cca 100m maximálně. Pláž s olivovníky - placená i volná vedle sebe.

Vše bylo perfektní.

Spiros and his mother were great hosts, always available for any request and the view from our apartment/balcony was amazing. Shared Washing machine was a real plus as we could travel light. The location is fantastic, 5 minutes walking to Barbati beach with lots of places where you can hire sun beds. You also have many restaurants and a couple of supermarkets just outside the place, alongside the road.

Apartment a little bit dated, especially the bathroom. Close to the main road, so we could hear some noise.

My stay in the apartment was wonderful. The apartment has everything you need. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils. The air conditioning works well (and you need it!). The wifi was OK. The balcony looks out over the ocean- stunning view! Three small mini superettes are within walking distance and have all you need. Lots of restaurants within a few mins walking distance. Is very quiet, nothing to do there but go to the beach (which is what I was looking for). Although plenty of opportunities to rent a boat and do other water sports if you wanted to. The host was wonderful! He really looked after me and even organized a taxi for me to get to the airport when I was leaving. He goes out of his way to make your stay enjoyable. The beach is 5 mins away down a hill. There are beach clubs down there where you can hire a sun bed and umbrella. For top end sunbed and umbrella (one person) it was Euro 15. For middle range (which is 100% wonderful) it was Euro 7.50 for the day. I think you can get cheaper as well. It’s a wonderful beach, pebbles, but crystal clear water. It really is a gem of a place. Great if you are looking for a relaxing time, good food, and not a load of tourists and kids! I will be back!

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The location was perfect — close to everything we needed. But the highlight of our stay was the host — absolutely amazing! So friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They made us feel right at home and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. Everything was just perfect. Highly recommended — we would definitely come back!

Everything was superlative. The owner very very kind, friendly. Central location, in the center of Barbati. The beach is rocky but very clean. Restaurants on the beach that offered everything you needed at reasonable prices. T Extremely clear water. Quiet area. Restaurants with very good traditional food.
