Clean, location, good heating

Parking was difficult, walls paper thin - could clearly hear conversations in adjoins units - as well as any movement on the wooden floors. Towels were like sandpaper. Pages and pages of different Rules laminated and placed around unit - left on bed, including one that dishes must be washed - which we had no problem with, but the sink was outside on the verandah - in the cold,

Nice clean unit stocked with everything you could need.l

Location needing a vehicle to get to shops and restaurants. Laminated rules and regulations in every room. Hearing people in other units.

Tv in the kitchen had to sit on two kitchen chairs to watch it.

Location, owner’s friendliness, cleanliness & comfort.

Minor point but maybe a “Mind The Step” walking from dining area to kitchen might save someone a stumble. (I didn’t stumble but potential is there)
