The saving grace of the place was its view of the mountains.

Let me start by saying that we're not fussy travellers at all. But this is the worst stay in ask our various trips. We stayed 3D2N. It's the first time, I contemplated going home early. 1. The unit was very rundown and dirty. Toilet doors and sink areas were growing mouldy. 2. Bathtub had big rust stains and the stopper provided could not stop the water from flowing. Hence the bathtub which was the main the reason I booked this unit (for my kids to stay in) was useless for our stay. The tap knob kept on falling off. 3. The toilet to the master bedroom could not be locked. No space for privacy. 4. The heater to the 2nd toilet was not working. I had to shower with cold water. 5. Stove provided was not working. 6. Only one bedroom had air-conditioning. The second room was hot and stuffy with only a stand fan that could not oscillate. The hall was also very hot. 7. The entire unit was very dusty and not well cleaned. 8. The blankets provided were way too thin, like bedsheet texture. 9. The swimming pool's water was green and disgusting. My husband did not dare to swim in it. My kids did not submerge our heads under water for fear of microorganisms. Not family friendly with the unit needing significant repairs. For the price we paid, it felt like a rip-off. The unit's management should not put up this place for booking if it's not ready. Camping in the jungle might have been more comfortable.
