We didn't meet any staff. The room was open with the key on the coffee table when we arrived. Everything was as presented on Booking.com. It is close to Burford with good walks all around it on the outskirts of a beautiful cotswold village. Very clean and comfortable

A beautiful compact studio that had everything we could possibly need. Very cosy and warm. A great location with a fabulous local pub down the road.

It's personal choice I know but I found the pillows uncomfortable, I am used to feather pillows at home. However the bed was extremely comfortable.
