"although flat is okay, other resident seem to have no regard for others."

clean(ish) and simple.

freezer needed cleaning and defrosting. noise from neighbours is appalling at all hours ranging from sound of people running up and down in rooms to blaring noise, music or television at all hours of the night and day. or unable to drive to work on three occasions due to unable to open locking car park gate with no response from onsite caretaker or owners phone number.
