Old Fire Station - a quaint and quirky little home

Very comfortable facilities, excellent value for money.

Due to location, it was a bit noisy with the passing traffic

It really cute and had everything we needed despite being small. It was very cosy!

We had travel a little for things we wanted to do but thats not a fault of the property!

My wife and I both fell in love with this little home that we rented for a week immediately. The charm upon entering the home was fantastic and the home had everything: Beautiful and Comfortable Queen Bed Great Shower Washing Machine Clothes Drying Rack Iron & Ironing Board Dish Washer Security Gate Large Screen TV (with lots of channels) and Apps. The location is PERFECT especially if visiting RAF Lakenheath, RAF Mildenhall or any surrounding areas. There are plenty of shops, restaurants and things to do locally and the people of the town of (Brandon) are very friendly.

There was nothing I didn't like however, PARKING in the area can be annoying. There were close by (Free) Parking Lots but BE SURE TO OBIDE BY THE RULES of each parking facility.

The Old Fire Station is quaint and quirky, as described, with clever use of space to fit in all the facilities you need. The owner takes great pride in the property, which is cosy, comfortable, clean and tidy. Very attentive communication from the owners. The Old Fire Station is centrally located for days out with the children, such as Brandon Country Park, High Lodge or places further afield accessed via the local trainline. The bowling alley just opposite was a great way to spend a couple of hours. Would recommend this as a place to stay.

Excellently equipped & beautifully styled

Traffic noise but able to get used to it

Just as it was described. Extremely clean and cozy. Very close to two grocery stores, food, pubs, and even a bowling alley right across the street.

Location was perfect for visiting family. Perfect size for 3 of us for a couple of days. Everything was clean and comfortable.
