Clean, smart, equipped with everything you could need, only stayed a night but easily could of stayed here longer had I needed too.

Location, cleanliness, can park right outside the door.

Could do with a bit more cutlery like teaspoons and plates/dishes.

Highly recommend. Met at the property for keys, stress free and very polite gentleman. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. Very happy, loved our stay and would definitely book again. Thank you so much

Excellent accommodation in a quiet location. The property is fully equipped with all you need. The owner is friendly and helpful. He responded to my messages immediately and assisted to remove subtitles from the TV, without any issue. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Burnley.

The fridge freezer is located in the main lounge and can be noisy whilst watching TV. Plenty of room for it in the kitchen. Very minor issue. Did not interfere with our lovely stay.

Spotlessly clean and comfortable. Included washing machine, outside clothesline, hairdryer, Netflix. The owner met us for check-in and was really nice. He took the time to show us how to use the heater etc.

Nothing comes to mind.

It was easy to find, I parked right outside, the Host met me and was most helpful. It was beautifully decorated throughout and spotlessly clean. Plenty of room.

The settees were a little low and a bit uncomfortable for me - but I am older. A young family might find them suitable.
