Pulizia scadente dell’appartamento, pavimento sporco, armadi pieni di polvere, molta polvere anche sotto al letto. Piatti, bicchieri, stoviglie varie e pentole sporche con pezzi di cibo ancora presenti. Appartamento privo di molti accessori per la cucina, mancava lo scopino in bagno.

Nice surroundings and well-maintained grounds around the apartments. The complex is fenced, which made us feel safe, especially with children. The swimming pool was very useful, particularly on windy days when spending time at the beach was less enjoyable. The staff at Lampo were friendly and helpful. The Wi-Fi in the apartment did not work at all, but after reporting the issue we were provided with a portable Wi-Fi device, which worked well. Overall, the property has some positive aspects, especially the pool and pleasant surroundings, but due to the location, cleanliness issues, and concerns about value for money and safety, we would probably not choose to stay here again.

The distance to the beach was disappointing. The property is advertised as being around 500 meters from the sea, but this is only in a straight line. Since there is no direct access route, the actual walking distance is closer to 1 km. The location is quite far from the center of Bibione. Although there are some shops and restaurants nearby, we stayed in the town center last year and the difference in convenience was significant for us. Cleanliness was below expectations. The apartment appeared to be only superficially cleaned. There were cobwebs and dirt in the corners, dirty cutlery, and the kitchen hood was extremely dusty. The overall value for money was not great. Having stayed at another resort in Bibione last year, we have a good comparison and expected more for the price paid. We had a safety issue with the gas cylinder. There was a noticeable gas smell due to a leaking connection, and the gas ran out very quickly. The problem was eventually fixed, but the hose connection looked improvised. Even the technicians who came to repair it commented on how poorly it had been installed. Given that this concerns gas and guest safety, such situations should never occur.
