Logvinenko apartment

I liked the interior design of the place as marble combined kitchen items were such a pleasure to feel clean and hygienic of the place. The TV set was exceptional altogether with indirect lighting systems. The bed was too soft as the special circular bed made me feel like a female angel surrounded by Horney soldiers of the fifth Roman Army. The host is very helpful and speaks many languages

Great place in terms of interior design, but the beds need to be more practical for better sleep and I understand in Central Asia they do not care about the quality of the beds, which leads to quality sleep times. Some of the visitors are there just for a few nights to engage in romantic intimate action in fancy-looking places.

The apartment is clean and very comfortable and very equipped. Everything you need is in here. Flawless communication with the host.

I like it was modern and well done. The TV is huge and it's very comfortable.

We were on the 12th floor, and the elevator broke down, and it took almost two days to fix the elevator.

The owner of the flat (not the person that sublets it) made a beautiful and well-thought apartment by organizing the space and ensuring that the flat is comfortable for stay

I rented the flat for a friend and her family that was traveling from Almaty to visit us while we also came for a visit as we currently live abroad. The person that sublets the flat has pre-agreed on booking.com and on the phone the day before the booking date, that we could notify her half an hour in advance before arriving to the accommodation. On the day of the booking, she asked for an alternative meeting point, arranging of which was a bit problematic as she was not a local, which delayed my friends’ arrival. Overall, the woman was pleasant enough to deal with but she sent her mother to show the flat. My small advise would be for the woman to explain that as hosts, the mother could look friendlier and could smile, and think wider than the post-Soviet Russian mentality. She had a pissed-off attitude as if my friends were using the accommodations for free, that give the guests traveling from a neighboring country a very ‘sour welcome’. As for the flat, it had most of the utensils but was missing cutleries (spoons and forks were there but knives were missing). The flat has two double beds (which foresees at maximum 4 guests at a time) and there were only two tea/coffee cups and some glasses. Given the mobilization in russia and mass exodus of russians to neighboring countries, I won’t be surprised if the woman who sublets the flat from locals to make money, would write a nasty response back.
